1. The service

Talmia is a business management web app for small and informal sellers (sales and real profit per sale, inventory, customers, quotes, pending payments, deliveries and cash flow). It is premade, standard software offered as a self-service subscription. We do not offer consultations or custom services.

2. Plans and pricing

Emprende RD$349/month, Negocio RD$649/month, Equipo RD$999/month (Dominican pesos). Yearly plans cost the price of 10 months. Founder price RD$249/month on Negocio for the first 10 customers. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which issues the purchase receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

5. Your data

Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time. After cancellation the account becomes read-only and data is kept for 90 days, then deleted.

6. Limitations

Talmia does not issue fiscal receipts (e-CF) and does not offer credit, loans or financing. Layaway/installment entries are only records of agreements between you and your customer, without interest. Talmia is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Talmia for illegal activity or to access other accounts. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will email notice of material changes. Governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
